Step 1

We Get To Know Each Other
We genuinely care about your goals and we want to find the best property for you and your family. We’ll ask a bunch of questions to get an accurate idea of what your future goals are and what you want to achieve - whether that be buying your first home or investing in your first or second property. From there you can decide whether you’d like us to be on your team. We like to do this in a no obligation meeting in person or via Zoom/Skype if locations or borders don’t permit.

Working With Your Specialist
We not only match you with a property specialist, we also provide you with a First Home or Investment Property finance specialists (if you don't already have one) so you have peace of mind knowing you are working with an expert in both areas to help you navigate each step. Having specialist advice when it comes to property purchasing and finance is critical as this is where our clients save time, money and stress. Getting an understanding early on, of how much you can borrow, helps us set a clear and workable budget for you to be able to purchase the most appropriate property to suit your needs and wants.

Step 3

Property Research
No matter if you’re buying your first home or an investment property many of the same factors are considered to ensure you make a SMART property buying decision. A smart property choice is choosing a property that grows in value and is desirable both now and in the near future, whether this be for great capital growth, high rental demand, or both. Once we’ve shortlisted the best properties (based on your wants, needs and goals we get to work and go into ‘research mode’. We are your personal property concierge. That means we’re there using our property experience & connections to select the good from the bad, negotiate with the builders and developers, and get you the very best deal - saving you thousands of dollars wherever possible.

step 4

Finance Application
Your Finance specialists we match you with (if you don’t already have your own) will ensure you get approved for finance before you commit to any property. This eliminates any risk or disappointment. They’ll take care of all the confusing paperwork, like filing for the First Home Owners Grant application if you’re a first home buyer or applying for any exemptions you may be eligible for. Not all finance brokers or banks are equal. We work with a handful of selected finance experts that are leaders in their field. Getting finance approved for our clients is out top priority, because you can't buy the property with the finance!

Step 5

Contracts & Build Approvals
This is where you’ll be working with a legal professional to take care of contracts and approvals. They’ll be there to advise you and see you through to settlement. Should you not have a lawyer/conveyancer you’re comfortable with, again we can recommend a handful of reputable and affordable professionals who look after numerous clients for us. If you’re building your first home or an investment property our experts will also advise you on the build contract and keep the builder accountable to get the council approvals through and the site ready for construction.

step 6

Hand Over Of Your Keys!
Once the build commences we will keep you updated weekly with its progress. Where possible, we can also get you onto your site to visit your home or investment property to show you the stages. This is the exciting part as you can see all that hard work coming to life! From there we monitor the quality and progress of the build and keep the builder to our high standards so you end up with a great property and no issues when it's time to handover the keys!
