Builders who complete their homes to the highest standard and have a good tracking record of completing their homes on time. Your Home Hudl expert will have access to a minimum 10 x builders ensuring you have many options to choose from. On the odd occasion we don’t have access to a builder you’re looking to work with we can potentially negotiate to do so.

Absolutely NOT. The Home Hudl property service has been specifically designed as a ‘No Cost’ service to you the property buyer/builder. The Home Hudl team is compensated by the builder you decide to build your home with, just like a bank pays a mortgage broker for processing your home loan. Because the majority of the builders we work with are wholesale builders, they don’t have massive internal teams or consultants, so they rely on using our property experts to avoid hiring full time staff to work with the customer through the build process.

Yes, The Home Hudl service has been specifically designed around helping new home buyers or builders successfully and confidently navigate the buying or building process. Your local buyers agent may be able to assist if you’re looking to purchase an established property.

This is a common one and differs for everyone. If you have a lot of property, building and sales experience then you could certainly go it alone and negotiate yourself a great deal. You might even get close to what we do for our Home Hudl clients. However, if you’re new to buying property, building a home, or purchasing land, and you don’t feel 100
% confident negotiating with experienced sales agents and people, then we will definitely be of value to you. Just think, the same reasons you chose to work with your mortgage broker, are the same reasons our clients choose to work with us.

Because we believe this is how it should be for every client. You would never allow a shop assistant to charge you more for a chocolate bar than was advertised so why would you do it for a home when those costs may change by 5,10 or $20K. We believe you should feel 100% confident in the contract price you sign with no ill-feeling that something might ‘pop-up’ and cost you thousands of dollars.
Many builders don’t like to do this as this is how they make extra money from inexperienced buyers who don’t know what to look out for… we don’t think that’s fair.
