With your permission, your mortgage broker lets us know that you’re looking for help to buy a new property. Based on the type of property you want to buy, we match you with your local Home Hudl property expert so they can get in contact with you to see how we can help (if you’ve found us another way, and you don’t have a mortgage broker who has referred you, that’s OK too, we can still help).
Your Home Hudl Helper (property expert) will give you a call and organise a time to chat over the phone or meet in person. This initial meeting is to get and great understanding of your budget, what your perfect property looks like, the locations you love and anything else they need to know to make sure we can find you the best solution.
Your Home Hudl Helper works with you personally and negotiates with land agents and builders on your behalf. This is how we can get you the best inclusions, price and contract terms. Your Helper has access to the very best Master Builders and exclusive ‘insider’ property deals not normally available to the public. As a Home Hudl client you will have VIP access to certain developments and estates before anyone else.
Once you’ve decided on the property you want and signed contracts, your Home Hudl Helper will then manage the whole build process for you. Working directly with the builder and your mortgage broker to ensure smooth sailing and no expensive mistakes. And remember your contract price will not change. That’s ‘Guaranteed’ by us.
As your home is being built your Home Hudl Helper will be there to regularly inspect the property with you. They’ll make sure everything is 100% and up to the correct standard as the build progresses.
Once your property is fully completed we get to the best part – Hand over day!! The day you get your keys and all the hard work and waiting has been worth it. Your Home Hudl Helper will be there on the day to pass you the champagne and welcome you into your brand new home!
